The Soundgarden 2025 has officially landed, bringing its world-renowned musical journey to the lush, open-air gardens of the Heide Museum of Modern Art. This unique outdoor experience will transform one of Melbourne’s most stunning cultural landmarks into a haven for music lovers, set against a backdrop of art, nature, and world-class sound.

Curated by the legendary Nick Warren, The Soundgarden makes its long-awaited return to Australian shores for the first time since 2022. This will be an extraordinary day and night of music, meticulously crafted to deliver the deep, melodic, and progressive sounds that have defined The Soundgarden’s global reputation. Joining Nick will be internationally acclaimed artist Eelke Kleijn, whose hypnotic, genre-defying sets have captivated audiences across the world. Representing Australia’s own exceptional talent, Liam Sieker and Wilma will be flying the local flag, ensuring a perfect blend of international flair and homegrown energy.

From late afternoon into the evening, the gardens of Heide will come alive with immersive music and an unparalleled atmosphere. Expect a journey of sound and connection as we present our only major outdoor event of the 2025/2026 season. With limited capacity of just 1,000 tickets, this is an intimate opportunity to experience world-class music in a truly special setting.

The event will take place on Saturday, October 4, 2025, commencing from 5:00 pm and continuing into the night. Pre-sale registration is now open, with pre-sale tickets available from 9:00 am on Tuesday, August 5, and general public tickets released at 9:00 am on Wednesday, August 6. We strongly recommend securing your place early to avoid disappointment.
